This fully equipped, charmingly renovated room has everything you need for a monthly stay in Japan.

● Location
It takes you only about 5 min from Shirokanedai Station.
It’s perfect for people who work near major stations such as Meguro, Shinagawa or Gotanda
because you can use the Mita Line, Nanboku Line, Asakusa Line and even the Yamanote Line!

There is a beautiful Japanese garden called Happo-en and another
big park between Shirokanedai and Ebisu Station.
Around Shirokanedai Station you can find supermarkets,
convenience stores. a gym, a pool and even a spa.

It's a peaceful area and not really crowded
but still super close to all the major areas.

This room is newly renovated!
It's a 22.98㎡ room with natural wood flooring, which makes this room cozy and calm.
The room is kind of compact but we made sure you have everything you need
to live comfortable and work efficiently.

The contract period for usual rental apartments is 2 years and also you have to pay a deposit,
key exchange fee, insurance and more.
However, in this room, you can stay from 1 month and no additional fees are charged.
